About me

Hi, I’m Laura Lowe. Yoga found me 12 years ago when I was looking for something to bring a sense of calm into my extremely busy London lifestyle.

After making the bold decision to trade the tranquility of a small town north of Edinburgh for the hustle and bustle of London, I quickly found myself in a whirlwind of fast-paced daily life. The adjustment was nothing short of overwhelming.

Seeking relief, I attended yoga classes and discovered that they helped me breathe more deeply, providing relief from stress and anxiety. These moments revealed a new sense of purpose and it didn't take long for me to fall head over heels in love with yoga and all that it represents.

Yoga has become my guiding light, both on and off the mat. It's an ever-evolving journey of self-discovery that I cherish, and I am immensely privileged to have the opportunity to share its profound benefits with my local community.

“My main goal is to help others find a place of stillness in their ever growing busy lives”

My training in India

I have been blessed to spend 13 weeks in India in 2018 where I began my 200 hours RYT Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India.

In the birthplace of yoga at the foothills of the Himalayas, situated alongside the banks of the holy River Ganges, I embarked on a journey that would change my life forever. I was bathed in knowledge (literally, at times, when we enjoyed ceremonies in the Ganges) from Guru Dinesh Yogi Chander and all of the teachers at Om Shanti Om Ashram.

I left feeling cleansed, rejuvenated and inspired with a driving sense that I needed to share everything I have learned with as many people as possible.

My training in Bali

I recently completed a transformative 200-hour RA Vinyasa YTT certification at Radiantly Alive, renowned as one of the world's top yoga academies, nestled in the heart of Bali's spiritual hub.

This was much more than just a yoga course; the school provided a safe environment to dive deeply into my own personal journey, discovering the profound significance of connection, authenticity, and presence in teaching.

“Thank you Laura for a magical weekend, I now have a new love for Yoga, myself and life.
