Classes
I currently teach Hatha and Vinyasa yoga for all levels, catering for every age and ability, with each asana (posture) including multiple variations for all levels.
Therefore, you can push yourself as much as you want, or, you can take it easy and have more of a restorative session.
Each class ends with a Shavasana relaxation using the pressure point massage and essential oils.
